on buying Cyprus property
If you
are seriously interested in buying property in Cyprus we

purchase
You may
have the full amount of the purchase price in cash or on
deposit. You may have already sold or plan to sell your
own property outside Cyprus. Your major consideration
will then be the exchange rates between your home
currency and the Cypriot Pound at the time the various
stage payments become due. Cyprus Property Consultants

re-mortgage
your UK property
You may prefer to pay for your property purchase from
funds released form the equity in your UK property. This
is probably the simplest method of providing the
purchase price and involves a mortgage or remortgage
from an UK bank or building society. This type of
finance is available on a status, non-status or
self-certification basis and on an interest only or
repayment format
arrange a mortgage in Cyprus
If you
cannot arrange the full cash amount or arrange a
remortgage to purchase your new property then the
shortfall can be arranged through Cyprus banks. Loan
conditions vary slightly from bank to bank but generally
a loan for 70% of the property value is granted subject
to status. Please note non-status or self-certification
loans are currently not available from Cyprus Banks.
